Flagg Building Improvements is a general contracting firm performing a variety of commercial construction functions in the San Francisco Bay Area. Typical projects include interior and exterior improvements with a scope varying from new walls to complete build outs, computer rooms, painting and supply and erection of VP pre-engineered buildings. We assist our clients in the budgeting and final pricing of projects.

Flagg Building Improvements was established in 1991 by David Flagg at that time having over 11 years of commercial construction experience and obtaining his general contracting license. Since that time we have also added our painting (C-33) license and the VP Buildings authorized dealership.

Our in-house specialties include demolition, drywall, carpentry, doors, hardware, insulation, ceilings, painting, glazing, concrete work and subcontractor supervision. We provide our clients with full-service budgeting, planning, and development of custom designed pre-engineered buildings to meet their individual needs.

Along with being licensed, bonded and insured, Flagg Building Improvements is also certified as a minority-owned business, an 8(A) contractor and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) through the U.S. Small Business Administration program, and a Small Business Entity (SBE) through the Department of General Services.
