If, for instance, you need a building that's exactly 83'6-1/2" long, or that requires 23'6" bay spacing or a 12'7" eave height-no more, no less, we can deliver it for you. Or if you want a roof that slopes 1.675 inches every 12 inches, or has a 27 psf snow load, or a 13 pound wind load-no more, no less, we can deliver it. Interiors can be designed to accept one, two, or more stories or mezzanines.

EXTERIORS can be designed with walls or brick, block, glass, precast concrete, tilt-up concrete, or even wood. We deliver a truly customized building in every respect-at not extra cost and no added construction time!

SPEED OF CONSTRUCTION

Pre-engineered building materials are manufactured and delivered to site quickly-and since the building is pre-engineered to fit together perfectly, construction is fast and efficient.
