JCPenny Plaza Retail Center

For the past several years we have completed numerous budgets and build outs for the management and leasing staff and their clients. Work has included demolition, complete build outs, restaurant improvements, paint, landscape repairs, roof repairs and miscellaneous maintenance.

THV/ReMax Retail Center

This work consisted of dividing the existing 20,000 sq. ft. space and complete remodel to accommodate the two new tenants.

Hopyard Village Retail Center

Again, we pride ourselves on our long-term relationships and work in this retail center over the past several years has included demolition of existing spaces to vanilla shell, new build outs, and construction repairs.
